RACE DAY SCHEDULE

7:00 – 8:30  Registration  

7:00 – 8:30  Canoe drop off at dam on West Point Lake

8:45  Mandatory Pre-Race meeting

9:10  Solo start

9:15  Teams start

1:00  Pizza & Awards Presentation (some teams may not be finished)

1:30  Course closed

  
In the FIFTH year of this race, Adventure Jam 2010 organizers are finally adding a solo division. The other division of course is 3-person teams.  All competitors will face 11-12 miles of mountain biking (even more new trails this year), 3-5 miles of trekking, and 2-3 miles of canoeing (kayaking for solo). This is a FAST race, but we will be adding some map-reading and a few mental challenges this year. The first team without penalties to cross the finish line in their division is the winner.  West Point is 1 hour south of Atlanta on I-85 along the Chattahoochee.
