A Travco with 4 Wheel Drive!

It all started as a simple break job. BUT, of course, there are no such things as a1969 Dodge brake drum unless you want to pay a king's ransom to some scalper. Besides drum brakes were marginal at best. It would be better to put disc brakes in the front with drum brakes in the rear which the Dodge engineers figured out in the late "70's . And so while we were at it ...why not 4-wheel drive? Now-just for the record...we used a 1978 Dana 70 rear end with 12"x3" brakes, and a 1984 Dana 60 front end with large single piston disc brakes driven by a new process 206 divorced transfer case. The front and rear brake systems are driven by separate, super large hydrovacs.
