WEIGHT
| I was somewhat stunned at the weight of my Travco.
This 27 foot model has a gross vehicle weight of 14,000 pounds.
The 3rd line on the left reads "GVW as MFG 14000." On the
right, the bottom two lines indicate maximum weight per axle. The
front capacity is 5,000 pounds. The rear capacity is 9,840
pounds. The Tag also indicates model RM400. The tag was
issued by Chrysler, which is
barely visible on the bottom right. |

To further testify the weight, this sticker, date unknown,
is adhered to the inner wall next to the driver's window. Although
aged, you can make out the GVWR 14000. |
